Just the Bartender Package – Dry Hire

$50/hour (3-hour minimum)

30 guests = $150

50 guests = $200

100 guests = $300 (2 bartenders)

200+ guests = custom quote

A simple, no-frills option for events that just need skilled bartenders behind the bar. We bring the expertise and professionalism, while you provide the drinks, tools, and setup. Perfect for hosts who already have everything in place but want smooth, efficient service that keeps guests happy.

Includes:

  • Bartending service only (no batching, no menu, no pop-up bar)

  • Setup & cleanup of work area (client provides all supplies)

Policies

Deposit & Booking

  • 50% non-refundable deposit required to secure booking.

  • Remaining balance due 3 days prior to event.

Cancellation

  • 7+ days before event: Deposit can be applied to future event.

  • Within 7 days: Deposit forfeited.

Travel Fees

  • First 10 miles included; $1/mile beyond 10 miles.

Overtime

  • $100/hr (30 guests)

  • $125/hr (50 guests)

  • $150/hr (100+ guests)

  • $75/hr per additional bartender

Gratitutiy

  • Not included in pricing. Optional 20% can be added to invoice or given directly at an event.

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide venue access 1 hour prior to event start.

  • Supply electricity, shade/cover, and clean water if needed.

  • Ensure all guests consuming alcohol are 21+
